Project Brief

In a competitive industry in London and with a demanding clientele, SilverSaints again worked with Bluegrass to redesign and deliver a new, fresh and mobile first offering to their clients. A key objective was the design of a new online handyman booking application for SilverSaints boasting full integration with field service solution ServiceCEO.

 

In addition, a mobile application would offer clients the alternative of quick online booking via their smartphone.

The Result

The new online booking website was an immediate success with online bookings increasing by 300% in the following month. The site also boasts improved performance, easy navigation and a significant increase in responsiveness.

The online platform allows existing and new customers to quickly book, manage bookings and pay for handyman services. Users can even select a handyman of their choice when booking their date and time slot. Other special features include the integrated booking calendar, instant booking to billing functions and customer feedback forms.

The platform is also supported by an iOS and Android mobile application that allows customers to quickly make bookings via their smartphones.
