Bluegrass worked closely with start-up Yonda Tax to design and develop their customer portal. Yonda Tax are tax experts with a passion for eCommerce and the digital economy helping businesses automate sales tax compliance across the U.S.
The team at Bluegrass worked closely with Yonda Tax carrying out product discovery workshops, UI design and front-end development of the portal. The portal is designed to be the central source of truth for customers, allowing them to upload transaction data and review filing outcomes. For the initial MVP version, the focus was on enabling customers to sign in, manage their data, and review filing summaries.

The Result
The new customer portal was launched with initial features such as login and user authentication, data management and uploads and filing summaries. This provides customers with a streamlined and efficient way to handle their transaction data and filing outcomes. This has improved the accuracy and timeliness of data uploads and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing a reliable source of truth and clear communication on filing statuses and outcomes.
